Ryosuke Suho
In 2016, Ryosuke Suho won a prize and the Special Jury Prize at the Henrik Wieniawski International Violin Competition. He has also won first prize and prizes at numerous other competitions, including the Japan Music Competition and the David Oistrakh International Violin Competition. He received the 25th Idemitsu Music Award in 2015 and the 25th Aoyama Music Award in 2016. Ryosuke has performed with major orchestras in Japan, including the NHK Symphony Orchestra, as well as many national and international orchestras such as the Orchestre de Paris, Orchestre National de France, Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France, Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra and Prague Chamber Orchestra. He has studied with Machie Oguri, Yasuko Ohtani, Koichiro Harada, Maxim Vengerov and Renaud Capuçon. The instrument he plays is a 1678 Nicolo Amati generously on loan from the NPO Yellow Angel.
